Infinity Retouch ("we", "us", or "our"), a product developed and maintained by M. SAMOILENKO INFORMATICA (Corporate ID/CNPJ: 10.411.266/0001-80, located at Av. Almirante Tamandare 106, Apt 201, Vila Nossa Senhora dos Navegantes, Rio Grande - RS, Brazil), is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how the Infinity Theater Android application collects, uses, and handles your data.

1. Data Collected

Infinity Theater collects the absolute minimum data required to function:

  • FTP Credentials (username and password): Configured by you, these are stored exclusively, encrypted, and locally on your device. They are never transmitted to external or third-party servers and are not included in cloud backups.
  • Purchase and Trial Status: Stored locally and securely synced with Google Play Billing solely to validate your software license. The trial lasts 7 days with no photo limit; after it ends, the free tier allows up to 30 photos per day.
  • Photo Counter: Stored only locally to manage the free-tier session limits.

2. Storage Permissions, Photos, and Images

Infinity Theater requests access to your device's local storage exclusively for the purpose of receiving files.

  • Your photos are received directly from your camera via FTP to your mobile device.
  • Images are processed on-device and displayed on monitors within your local network.
  • No images, photos, or metadata are ever transmitted, collected, or sent to external servers or to M. SAMOILENKO INFORMATICA.
  • Photos are temporarily cached locally on the device solely for performance optimization during viewing and may be deleted when the session ends.

3. Local Network Usage

The app requests network permissions to operate exclusively on your local Wi-Fi network. These permissions are used strictly to:

  • Receive photos via local FTP (port 2121).
  • Serve images to monitors on the same network via local HTTP (port 8080).
  • Perform automatic device discovery via local network protocols (NSD/SSDP).
  • Push photos to Smart TVs via DLNA.
  • Connect to Android TV via a local network protocol (port 8081).

No image data travels over the public internet.

4. Google Cast (Chromecast) Integration

When you use the screen mirroring feature via Chromecast or Google Cast (App ID: 65DDAC2E), the app connects to the local Google Cast infrastructure.

  • The application acts solely as a local server. Images are served directly from your device to the Cast receiver on the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Images do not pass through Google's or Infinity Retouch's servers.

5. Payment Processing (Google Play Billing)

The premium license purchase is processed entirely by the Google Play billing system. M. SAMOILENKO INFORMATICA does not collect, store, or have access to any of your financial data, credit card numbers, or billing information. Please review the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Data Strictly Not Collected

For complete transparency, Infinity Theater DOES NOT request access to, and DOES NOT collect:

  • Location data (GPS or network-based).
  • Contacts or calendar data.
  • Camera or microphone data.
  • Persistent device identifiers (IMEI, MAC, etc.) for tracking.
  • Analytics or user behavior tracking data.
  • Automatic crash reports (Crashlytics).

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any personal data, credentials, or image files with third parties. The only data sharing occurs automatically and restrictedly with Google Play Billing APIs (for purchase validation) and Google Cast (for device discovery), strictly in accordance with Google's policies.
